As I have been telling all the HARP or Home Affordable refinance Program is one of the really great government programs that more people need to take advantage of. This program was just extended for another year, it was set to expire on June 15th of 2010 but was extended until June, 30 2011 now we just need to get the word out to people to take advantage of the program.This program allows you to refinance at the current market low rates even if your properties value is less than what you owe.
